1. How can I order an item from your website? To order from the website, call Bonita shoes and bags on 028 93345161, our store is open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9.30am to 5.00pm. Shoes will be posted to an address of your choice. Or delivered to within a 20 mile radius for £10 approx. 2. What payment methods can I use? All major credit and debit cards accepted. 3. Will your shop ship items to Europe? Yes, but the relevant postage charge will be added to total cost. BONITA SHOES & BAGS - WEB RETURN POLICY Bonita Shoes & Bags will refund the price of any shoes or boots accompanied by the original sales receipt provided they are returned unworn and unmarked and in a resaleable condition within 28 days of purchase. We will be pleased to replace or refund any goods which are found to be defective as to their quality or performance. Unfortunately no refund or exchange will be given on goods which have been worn or used or where the customer has changed their mind. Goods can not be exchanged until they have been returned and refunded - then a new order should be submitted. We regret we cannot offer any refund on sale items. For Northern Ireland customers only items may be returned to our Ballyclare store accompanied by the Dispatch Invoice (not applicable with SALE items). The Store will not accept any email confirmations as proof of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, for example Royal mail special or recorded delivery in the UK or a courier service from the US or Europe.
We do not pay for return postage, this will be at your own cost.
